Goal: Find insights and opportunities

Defined Human-centered research goals, made research plan, conducted interviews through laddering interviewing technique and various exercises (LEGO Modeling, Tradeoff Exercise, Image deck, mapping...), analyzed interviews by KJ Method, POEMS + AI Framework, User Experience Framework, User Experience Journey Map, P.N.S.T.I.O, and etc., generated 80 ideas and narrowed them down into 5 final proposals.

Five final proposals are CreativeBee (Find Creative Day Labor) , SEAMLESS (Share your professional life by bite-sized videos), Feed (Personalized Bite-sized Audio News Everyday), CarePad (Smart Chair Pad) and LightDonate (Get initial donation from friends on small objects for your startup.)

Understand the daily workflow of an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurship has traditionally been defined as the process of designing, launching and running a new business. Entrepreneur is the people who do this. The U.S. Now Has 27 Million Entrepreneurs, which is 14 percent of the total working force. 

Who are they?

They are people who build high-tech companies in Sillicon Valley, receiving the most attention from the world, and also are the people who create new enterprise in traditional industry, receiving less attention and still fighting for their dream.
